MyTime Assist would take care of all your personal and professional details and scheduling needs. It’s really one good assistant for taking care of all the projects, contacts, etc.
The software is good in working and managing your information. After launching the program the screen appears to be a bit confusing. There are sub options intact to other options. You can add task, set time to complete it and mark it after completion. The navigator shows the options associated with the selected category. Add a new category and the task can be noted in that. The schedule of all the works for the day to whole months is shown under ‘Calendar’. The projects to be achieved can be viewed and added. The right screen shows the list of the tasks set and also sub task can be added to these tasks. Even links and notes can be added to them. You can change the properties and customize the text, color and outlook. New group can be added and the navigation options can be expanded or collapsed. You can get the task printed and also get the preview before printing it. Change the settings for the language and starting up of the program. The view and interface can be set according to your liking and also the warnings can be set to on/off. You can keep the details of your personal and professional contacts. The options are so many that it takes too long to feed so much information. Even after feeding all the details and information it may become chaotic to find the one out of so many.
It has wider help guide giving vast information about the program and its functions. Despite the confusing number of options and interface it can prove to be good. You may not need to open your diary and search each and every thing manually as you can make the search by categories.
